High Viscosity Epoxy Surface Coat

Formulated for Strong Interlaminar Bonds

Our #1099 High Viscosity Epoxy Surface Coat is a white, thickened epoxy material used to create the durable surface coat on room temperature epoxy molds. This surface coat can be brushed on, but spreading with a squeegee is recommended. Due to its higher viscosity, it can be applied in thicker films without developing runs or sags. It is specially formulated to provide strong inter-laminar bonds with the reinforcing materials, even if it is left unsupported overnight. #1099 resists chipping and cracking, and retains its high gloss.

High Viscosity Epoxy Surface Coat quart (#1099-A) and quart case (#1099-B) kits can be shipped via standard ground service without hazard charges within the 48 contiguous United States. High Viscosity Epoxy Surface Coat This surface coat is a two-part kit, meaning it is one product made up of two containers. It is available in a one quart kit (#1099-A). A Side comes in a one quart container; B Side comes in a 1/2 pint container. High Viscosity Epoxy Surface Coat is also available by the case (#1099-B) which contains a six-count of one quart kits. *Quantity discounts are available when four or more cases are purchased in one order.
